Snap has a new message for all the Snapchat redesign haters

Snap (https://mashable.com/category/snap-inc/) has finally responded to the more than 1 million unhappy users who signed an online petition demanding the company reverse its hated redesign (https://mashable.com/2018/02/09/kylie-jenner-mkbhd-question-snapchat-redesign/).
Unfortunately for all of them, though, Snap's response isn't quite as apologetic as they may have hoped.

Writing an official response on change.org (https://www.change.org/p/snap-inc-remove-the-new-snapchat-update), the company acknowledged the bumpy rollout, but stopped short of apologizing. **
