Suggestions for a livery yard around Eaglescliffe/Yarm

Hi all, I'll be moving to Eaglescliffe/Yarm in a few months time and need to find a home for my boy! Ideally DIY with hay/haylege included and all year turn out with plenty of local hacking. I don't know the area very well so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)
