Following trying a few different saddles for my new horse we are looking at Treeless saddles. We will be mainly hacking out in it with the odd flatwork lesson. I am looking at a company called Treefree who do a few saddles that seem to have good reviews. Has anyone has experience with these saddles. We tried a Heather Moffett Vogue saddle but found it very uncomfortable which was disappointing as it was such a lovely made saddle.I remember been told a few years ago by a equine chiropractor - If a horse has been using a uncomfortable treed saddle, he will initially go well in a treeless saddle. Almost like taking off a pair of tight shoes and putting on a soft comfy pair of slippers. Slippers are comfy but over time will not give you support where you need it.Makes sense but struggling to find the right saddle for my boy. My other worry is there doesn't seem to be treeless saddle fitter I don't believe one saddle fits all off the peg. And not knowing about Treeless saddles I really need some guidance on the fit.Any thoughts or experience on this thanks
