Crèche at livery yard?

Does anyone know any yards that offer this? Or that have offered it?Due to severe storm damage we have to rebuild some buildings and a livery yard is one diversification idea. I am just thinking of ways to make it appealing/different/profitable.Any thoughts from mums with horses? Would you use such a service and what would you pay?
