The BHS "commissioned the Transport Research Laboratory to conduct a report into the 'conspicuity and visibility of riders on the road'. The report found that riders should wear LED lights on themselves and their horse. It further suggested that the pattern of lights should be formed so that it highlights the width of the body, rather than the height - a bit like a triangle!"Taken from the February issue of British Horse magazine. I'm all for anything that makes us safer riding on the road, so are there any entrepreneurial HHOers out there who can invent a warning triangle for us to wear? I can't figure out how a triangle on a tabard can highlight the width of the horse, given that most of us aren't quite as wide as they are.Thoughts?
