Unjust comparison

IT is unjust to attribute the fall in traffic accident cases in advanced countries only to strict implementation of traffic laws. When we implemented the electronic traffic monitoring system of Saher, it was supposed to bring down the rates of traffic accidents considerably enabling the Kingdom become an exemplary model for other countries. The advanced countries see their system to monitor traffic violations simply as something complementing to a set of regulations and measures.
