Horse Stretching Grackle

Hi Guys,Bit of a random one :confused:My gelding is not strong (goes in a turtle top loose ring) at all but wears a grackle as can open his mouth when jumpingwhat i am finding is every grackle bridle i buy him i have to add holes to after a few weeks as he has stretched the grackle :eek:He has had his teeth checked etc and all is fine.When i ride him and you stop (say in a lesson) you can see him opening his mouth and crossing his jaw to stretch it.It is never done up tight and i can easily fit two fingers between the grackle and his nose.Does anyone have any suggestions on this?He is in a grackle aswell as he was wearing one when i bought him and was advised to keep him in it as he hated a flash or drop noseband.any in sight would be gratefully appreciated!!! he is my dream horse and was just wondering what others may suggest :)
