Tow car..small budget..recommendations please?

Currently using 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe to tow Ifor 505 and two ponies. But children are getting bigger and so are the ponies so time to find a vehicle which can tow more than the 1870kg of the current car. Not used for commuting to fuel economy not the highest priority. Budget £3k ish....any recommendation? Thanks!
