So, I?ll be moving my two horses to a new livery that is amazing and ticks all my boxes. However, I am going from about 5 acres down to two, which is fine as it?s for one horse and one pony who are both good doers and are overweight so less grass is better (they just have extra cuz it?s there). So my question is how can I manage this grazing to get the best out of it. I have two acres that has been split into two. Draining is excellent and there is hardly any mud and apparently the grass grows really well. Do I keep one for summer and one for winter or do I do a continuous rotation, if so how often should I move them around. Any help will be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance
