Rugs that use liners?

I saw on another thread you are all talking about your rugs that use linerstalk to me about themas Levi is in need of some new turns outs (all of his are second or third hand and at the end of their lives)so looking in to the liner ideahe is a TB so would the withers be an issue?do they do the outer shells in combo??brands you recommend?brands to stay away from?or should i be avoiding the liner idea all together :)
