The Delta Police Department says in a release that surveillance footage shows a red semi-truck entering a lot before someone hooks up the trailer just before noon on Jan. 20. Police spokeswoman Cris Leykauf says based on the company's GPS tracking system, the trailer arrived at an address in Richmond about half an hour later. ...
