'The Music Man' Will Be NBC's Next Live Musical Broadcast

NBC's got trouble.
The Peacock network an**unced Monday that it is producing The Music Man as its next live musical broadcast project, following the huge success in December of The Sound of Music, which attracted more than 18 million viewers. Its the third such gambit for NBC, which also an**unced in January that it will do a live musical version of Peter Pan.
