HELP horse keeps breaking out of field!!

Hi guys not posted on here before but I'm having a few problems and hope someone can help, 1 of my horses keeps breaking out the field at first it was just electric tape with a box connected to a battery ( 3 strand ) so I made the fence to over 6 foot she stayed in there a couple of days now breaks out of that she literally just jumps threw it, then I purchased some sheep wire and did a whole new fence with it plus post and rail and she keeps jumping that too and smashing threw that, I have discussed this with yard owner and they can't afford for a whole new fence to be put up, she has now been in for around 3 weeks I have tried to put her out in 2 different paddocks a few times just to see if she will stay in there and within 2 minutes she's back out, I have shocked her before on her bum and she stayed in there for a few days but after that just starts doing it again baring in mind before I put her in the paddock I put haynets in there ect, other than this she is a perfect horse but she's driving me mad!!!!!! HELP!
