That weird 'Crocodile Dundee' sequel trailer may just be a marketing stunt

Two trailers for an alleged Crocodile Dundee spinoff hit the internet in the last week, raising eyebrows for what appeared to be a very odd casting choice: American actor Danny McBride as the son of the Australian hero.

Titled Dundee: The Son of a Legend Returns Home, the film also appeared to star Chris Hemsworth. It's certainly an interesting combination, and according to a report by the Brisbane Times (https://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/sport/nfl/crocodile-dundee-reboot-outed-as-advertising-campaign-for-tourism-australia-20180124-h0nlmz.html), the whole thing could just be one big marketing stunt.
