positivity in general please

Hi,really struggling to stay positive at the moment, I can't wait for the eventing season but as soon as it starts I will be finding everything wrong with my performance. I love riding and especially the competing and it takes away all the stress for school ect. Probably also doesn't help that I have my GCSEs this year and just got my mocks back....... I seem to find the bad in everything-i play a lot of hockey and today was the first time in ages when i came of the pitch thinking yeh that actually went ok today.Anything to help.
