I've never been a fan of turning out in boots before, she's out 6.30 - 6.30 and I think its a bit too long. I worry about hot legs in summer and then wet material clinging around the leg when it's wet and cold. That being said, she comes in with her legs cut regularly and whilst normally superficial this time we've had a nice few days in the vets, some stitches and at the moment we're unsure as to how long she'll be off for. I'm a bit ahead of myself but planning for when she goes back out again and want her legs covered as much as possible. I'm undecided between just brushing boots and over reach boots, or if to look at boots designed specifically for turnout. Does anyone have any preference or any experience they would like to share?
