Rugs - Chest Extender?

Am looking to get my girl a chest extender/expander for her new rugs. They may actually give her way too much room in front but I'm thinking they are worth looking at. I will need two - one with clips and one with buckles. Ideally waterproof. They will be used on rugs by more than one manufacturer. If you have used any chest extenders, did they work ok? Any brand preference? Thanks.
