Delayed concussion?

Is it possible to be suffering from concussion 2 weeks after a fall? Had a horse fall with me whilst on a riding holiday, hit my head very hard but you know what it?s like with horse falls, you leap straight up to grab your horse and check it?s ok. Felt fine, carried on the ride. Rode again that afternoon. Next morning woke up with a screaming headache behind left eye, rode anyway but then afterwards took 2 aspirin and slept for 3 hours, felt ok afterwards. Next day I felt ok and did both rides. Then flew home and ever since then I have had an awful headache focussed over left eye forehead and behind my face. I wake up with it in morning but it gets worse as day goes on. Struggling to cope with full days at work and am useless when I get home as headache is so bad. Putting my riding hat on it like torture and even the pressure from my head torch feels intolerable. Could this be concussion even though I was ok straight afterwards? And how long can it take to go away? Can I speed it up?? My New Years fitness plan is not going well!
