Of monthly treatment (a mix of physio, osteopathy and shiatsu massage), but today Tartine received a ?perfect? for her muscle tonicity over her haunches, and suppleness along her spine. She has developed some issues in her shoulders, but my physio thinks it is related to her foot trim, so I?ll address this with her trimmer on Thursday.Other than that, she is working really well at the moment, and for the first time in a long time, as a really free trot and a true three-time canter with all legs in the right order... of course this was this week, who knows what will happen next week 🤣With regards to work, we are stepping up the lateral work quite a lot, though T is convinced that half pass is absolutely impossible left to right (not helped by my almost ineffectual left leg 😡). Canter work remains very much a work in progress, and she still has very little balance on anything but the largest of circles, any attempt to do canter spirals is met with lots and lots of resistance...But, we can now do walk to canter and canter to walk, and we can even get the correct leg the majority of the time. 😊I do love my Tartine ponette. She always tries her hardest, and remains one of the gentlest ponies I?ve ever met ❤️
