Vestubular problems and high blood pressure.

Has anyone had a dog with this? Did the dizziness resolve itself?My 12 year old Springer is on her second bout of vestibular problems in a month. Today?s vet went to the Propalin she?s on as a possible cause so checked her blood pressure and it was very high. Obviously the only way to tell is to take her off Propalin and get her blood pressure checked next week, once it?s out of her system. Given that the vet thinks a small bleed is the most likely cause, I?m concerned that it?s done permanent damage. I suppose I can only wait and see but wondered if anyone else has been through this.
