The company received feedback from a number of parents reporting that a leg - or legs - has become detached from the seat, causing the chair to fall.
"Working closely with the CPSC, we have issued a voluntary product recall on Tuo High Chairs (https://www.skiphoprecall.com/) . . ." reads the recall on Skip Hop's website. "In the interest of safety, we are encouraging consumers who purchased this affected product to immediately stop using the High Chair until they receive their free replacement. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our consumers and appreciate their understanding in this matter."
The style number of the charcoal gray chair in question is 304200, and the specific date codes (located above the word "warning" on the back of the chair) affected by the recall are as listed below:

HH11/2016
HH/2017
HH4/2017
If you have one of the chairs being recalled, Skip Hop is urging customers to discontinue use and "to ensure all potentially unsafe chairs are no longer in use, we are requiring consumers cut both the seat and straps of their chair."
