Usually it's because one person or another simply has to laugh at the nonsense unfolding in front of them. But for Sam Rockwell, the NBC series' latest guest host, it happened because he couldn't control his filthy mouth.

Rockwell let an F-bomb fly during a sketch that featured him in the lead role on a Bill Nye-like TV series (though it was clearly inspired by Mr. Wizard's World (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Watch_Mr._Wizard)).
