The culprit behind the creepy spyware Fruitfly (http://mashable.com/2017/07/24/mac-malware-fruitfly-beware/?utm_campaign&utm_context=textlink&utm_medium=rss&utm_source) was nabbed finally — after 13 years.
A 28-year-old Ohio man was accused Wednesday of running the malware attack on thousands of computers, according to the U.S. Department of Justice (https://www.justice.gov/usao-ndoh/pr/north-royalton-man-charged-16-count-indictment-creating-and-installing-malware) (DOJ).

Phillip Durachinsky was indicted on 16 counts for wiretapping, identity theft, producing child pornography, and other computer fraud violations.
