Bedding nightmare!

I wondered if anyone had any recommendations for dust-free bedding that is also absorbant and doesn't break the bank (I know, looking for the impossible!). My new boy is proving to be more sensitive to dust than anyone thought, he's currently on wood pellets and shavings (but the colt next door is on straw :/ ) and I've started soaking hay and combining with haylage to minimise dust in his diet and I think i've almost nailed it but we're moving yards soon so seems as good a time as any to try something new!Tia x
