Has anyone ever had a problem with wood pellets and dust?

As title... Horse has a cough (which looked like it was getting better but has now plateaued) and wonder if there is any link between the wood pellets and the cough. I have fed soaked hay and then bagged haylage and that has made no difference. They are good quality pellets from a well known brand and supplier and there is some 'dust in the corner of the stable most days which looks like its from the pellets. Has anyone else had an issue? PS vet coming to see horse as we speak but running late! So thought I'd see if it could be something to discuss with vet!
