Im sure this has been done to death but heres another post about bitting! I have a 6 year old cob who in the last couple of weeks has learnt the habit of getting his tongue over the bit. He has never done this before he's been riding now for just over a year. He's always been very light, willing and respectful but the last couple of weeks he's coming back behind the bridle, pulling down, and resisting. I have had his teeth checked and they're fine. I have tried a grackle nose band, a flash noseband and he still does it. I have now been using a loose ring spoon bit. This is stopping him getting his tongue over but he's just playing with it and not listening. any suggestions tia x
