White jods for incredibly skinny children

I have an incredibly skinny child (teen actually but takes age 10/11 clothes) with even more incredibly skinny legs. I have seen more fat on a sparrow.... To compound my problems buying gear for her, she does not like jods to be baggy!So far Showing Selection has been my greatest success. They are not cheap though and do not often come up second hand.She now needs some new white jods... Any other makes I could look for besides SS? Her current ones are Toggi and she has always moaned about them being baggy.Thank you. :)
