In the midst of the #MeToo Golden Globes, one shampoo commercial confused us all

As the Golden Globes kicked off the post-Harvey Weinstein 2018 awards season Sunday, no one knew exactly how it would go down.*
But it was still something of a surprise when the weirdest thing that happened in the first hour was a shampoo commercial from L'Oréal.
After Elisabeth Moss, who won for Best Actress in a Drama TV Series, delivered a powerful speech about how women no longer exist on the margins, the viewing audience was treated to a pretty odd little ad starring Winona Ryder.
So, I guess that this commercial is trying to say that Winona Ryder had a comeback, but also so did her hair? I think the former could be argued what with Stranger Things and all, but I don't know enough of her follicle history to speak to her hair.* Read more...
