There is a woman called Lindsey West in NZ who is posting a series of videos of hoof sectioning disections. She's a scientistut not a hoof expert, and began for her own interest but has quickly picked up over 15,000 followers in a month. If you are interested in hoof structure and health at all, I would highly recommend a look.
