A giant balloon that's part of an art installation is causing traffic chaos in London

A giant, unpredictable balloon roaming free in the streets of London? What could possibly go wrong?
The giant inflatable balloon was placed in Oxford Circus in honor of the Lumiere Light art festival in London. The art installation was put in the middle of a busy area, during rush hour, on a very windy day in the city.

Many Londoners were concerned about the huge balloon because of the harsh winds and how close it was to nearby buses.
