Glucovation SugarSenz Aims to Introduce Continuous Glucose Monitoring to Consumer Market (VIDEO)

The challenge is to design a product that would be appropriate to the consumer market and function more as a tracker than a medical device.
Glucovation out of Carlsbad, California, a new company founded by former Dexcom engineers, has developed the SugarSenz continuous glucose monitor. Much like devices for diabetics, it sticks onto the abdomen and penetrates the skin to receive*regular samples of blood for testing. The company claims it will***t require calibration using blood from finger pricks. H
