DIY Livery Desperately Needed - Colchester Area

Hi I hope someone can help. My mare is very stressed and unhappy on my current yard so I need to find somewhere new for her (and preferably my retired mare too but will move one at a time if absolutely essential!). I've rung around and all the recommended yards seem to be full. Ideally need somewhere small and quiet. Must have a floodlit school. Does anyone have any suggestions please?
