Dressage Wrist speakers - are they worth it?

Does anyone have a wrist speaker? I keep seeing the Equivisions ad on FB for the wrist speakers and audio tests and am wondering if they're actually worth the money/any better than just playing stuff through your phone speakers? I've spotted what appears to be an identical wrist speaker on Amazon for a fraction of the price, so trying to work out if there's an actual difference/whether it's worth bothering with getting one in the first place.Am hoping to get M out to our first comp in a few months time so figured this could be an alternative to OH freezing in all weathers whilst he helps me learn tests :D
