Verizon has started whining about the FCC’s 600MHz auction rules

Re/code points out (http://recode.net/2014/05/01/verizon-also-unhappy-about-tv-airwaves-bidding-restrictions/) that Verizon has decided to follow in AT&T's footsteps (http://bgr.com/2014/04/17/fcc-spectrum-auction-att/) and stamp its feet about the restrictions that the Federal Communications Commission has put in place to reserve some chunks of spectrum for smaller operators.
