Livery vacancy wanted

Just wondering if people have any recommendations for a diy yard with services (turnout/full livery) available. Ideally looking for off road hacking, menage and barn stable for a 15.3hh gelding. In and around Hucknall, Linby etc. No rush to move just finding out what's out there. Thank you and happy new year
