Hi!A friend's pony has Cushings and apparently chronic laminitis. She's got quite flat feet so potential rotation involved. She's on 1 prascend and 14 metformin a day. Can't go on grass for even an hour without causing a flare up so sadly spends most her life in. She's only 7 and the last 4 weeks she's had to be in as she can't even walk properly and is only getting worse. I'm quite interested about all of this and was just curious if there is really anything that can be done at this point? She's too small to be ridden by anyone now, too sharp and spooky for young children. Think she is about 10hh. Anyway, is pts the only option now?
