Horse adoption/longterm foster

Friend is considering adoption or longterm foster/loan from a rescue and has looked at the main ones - WHW, Redwings, Blue Cross and RSPCA.Are there any others you can recommend her looking at? SW Scotland so nothing that has a local only condition.
