Tennessee Police ******r Fired for Allegedly Choking Student

A police ******r in K**x County, Tenn., was fired Sunday, just one day after he allegedly choked University of Tennessee student Jarod Dotson until he passed out.
The K**x County Sheriff's ****** also placed on leave two ******rs who were standing behind Dotson, 21, while ******r Frank Phillips allegedly strangled him. The incident happened while Dotson's hands were cuffed behind his back.
