Adobe claims it has finally closed the gender wage gap

In July 2016, female Adobe employees based in the U.S. were making 99 cents to every dollar (https://theblog.adobe.com/investing-in-opportunity/) that the company's male employees were making. On Thursday, Adobe announced that it has followed through on its promise, Fortune (http://fortune.com/2017/12/07/adobe-equal-pay-gender-pay-gap/?utm_campaign=fortunetech&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_medium=social&xid=+soc_socialflow_twitter_FORTUNE-TECH)reports. Women in Adobe's U.S. offices, the company claimed, now make $1.00 for every dollar made by male employees.*
