Indian skipper Virat Kohli has been rested from the three-match ODI series against the Islanders and Rohit Sharma has been chosen to lead the team in his absence. Shikhar Dhawan, who opted out of the second Test owing to personal reasons, is also back in the squad for the third and final Test scheduled to be played in Delhi from December 2.
