Duker recommends first eliminating sugary drinks, which even though they claim to be high in antioxidants or probiotics, are a concentrated source of sugar. Her other recommendation is that people eat a satiating breakfast, and a satiating balanced lunch, in order to better control their appetites in the evenings.
