Rob Ford kicked off his re-election campaign for mayor at an event on Thursday in Toronto, complete with bagpipes blaring, signs reading "Ford Nation," and lots of swag on sale — bobblehead dolls, mugs and buttons. The first 1,000 in the door received a free Canadian flag and, naturally, a "Ford Nation" t-shirt
The mayor strolled into the Toronto Congress Centre with bagpipes blaring, then got up on stage and declared he would **t "back down" from the fight ahead.
