Transparent star Jeffrey Tambor has announced that he can't see himself returning to the Amazon series following allegations made by costar Trace Lysette and Tambor's former assistant Van Barnes.
Tambor, who denies both allegations, told Mashable through a spokesperson that the "politicized atmosphere" of the set has led him to choose to exit the Emmy-winning show.

Tambor's statement reads as follows:
There has not yet been confirmation of the actor's formal exit from Transparent from Amazon or Tambor, only the language that he "can't see how [he] can return."
