The Navy drew a giant dick in the sky

Every once in a while you may look up at the sky and see a plane, a blimp, clouds — nothing out of the ordinary.
But if you were in the Omak, Washington area around Nov. 16, you might've seen a sky drawing of a good old penis.*

The Navy have come forward and taken responsibility for this obscene work of sky art that could be seen over Okanogan county.
