Get ready for even more data caps after the Comcast-TWC merger

GigaOM points out (https://gigaom.com/2014/04/11/if-comcast-gets-twc-three-out-of-four-americans-could-get-a-broadband-cap/) that Time Warner Cable and Cablevision are the only two major cable companies in the United States that haven't yet imposed data caps on their customers but that could change if TWC gets gobbled up by Comcast as part of a $45 billion acquisition (http://bgr.com/2014/02/13/comcast-time-warner-merger/).
