San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith was released from jail after an incident at Los Angeles International Airport over the weekend.

Smith was arrested after he was randomly selected for a secondary security screening at Terminal 1 and then became uncooperative. A statement (http://blogs.sacbee.com/49ers/archives/2014/04/witnesses-aldon-smith-arrested-at-lax.html) from airport police said he made "a comment indicating that he was in possession of a bomb before proceeding towards the gate area."
