In a filing (http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1418091/000119312514141657/d708512d8k.htm) with the SEC, Twitter **ted cofounders Evan Williams and Jack Dorsey, as well as CEO Dick Costolo, "have ** current plans to sell any of their shares of Twitter common stock."
