She recently released some of her throwback pictures and we cant stop gushing over how beautiful she was. Smriti Irani stepped into an acting career with the role of Tulsi in Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. She stepped into politics in 2003 when she joined the BJP. Since then she has been an active member of the party. She has been the Cabinet Minister of the present government since 2014. Amid much controversy, the Ministry of Human Resource development was taken away from her in 2016. In 2017, she was given the responsibility of the Ministry of Textiles and the Ministry of Information and Broadcast. The throwback images are being received very well. Read more.
