‘Arrow’ Villain Richard Dragon Debuts in Season 6; Kirk Acevedo Tapped for Role

After the cliffhanger ending of Season 5, the upcoming season of ?Arrow? will introduce another of Green Arrow?s comic book villains to the small screen. Richard Dragon, originally created as a hero and mentor to several characters, will be one of Arrow?s challenges for season 6.
