A school district located just outside of San Antonio, TX, has approved corporal punishment (http://www.khou.com/news/education/texas-school-district-approves-paddling-as-punishment/458150505) for its students. On July 18, the board officials for the Three Rivers Independent School District deemed that paddling was an acceptable method of discipline for misbehaving students.
According to local CBS station KHOU-TV, students who do **t follow classroom rules or even break a mi**r rule will be subject to one paddling. That being said, parents will need to approve this as a form of punishment for their children first.
